HIP Sync TIME respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. When you agree to the HIP Sync TIME Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the HIP Sync TIME Service Use Agreement.

a) When you register for a HIP Sync TIME account, you provide personal registration information as required by HIP Sync TIME ;
b) When you use the HIP Sync TIME network service or visit the HIP Sync TIME webpage, HIP Sync TIME automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and webpage records you request;
c) Personal data of users obtained by HIP Sync TIME from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:
a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by HIP Sync TIME ;
b) The information and data collected by HIP Sync TIME that you publish on HIP Sync TIME , including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
c) Any violation of laws or HIP Sync TIME rules and any measures that HIP Sync TIME has taken against you.
d) The App has a function for employees to upload photos. This App is for companies to use facial recognition equipment for employee attendance. If your employees need to use facial recognition in attendance equipment, you need to upload photos through the App, or upload photo data to the album. You can decide whether to use this function based on your needs. The uploaded photos will be saved in the database of the Alibaba Cloud server, and you have control over your own account. You can delete and save the photo data yourself.
e) The App has a field location punch-in function, which requires obtaining the user's current location information. You can decide whether to use this function based on your needs. The location information will be retained in the Alibaba Cloud server.
2. Use of Information
a) HIP Sync TIME will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information (including photos and facial information) to any unrelated third party , unless you have obtained your prior permission, or the third party and HIP Sync TIME (including HIP Sync TIME affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly , and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all the information it previously had access to.
b) HIP Sync TIME also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any HIP Sync TIME user engages in the above activities, HIP Sync TIME has the right to immediately terminate the service once discovered .
c) For the purpose of serving users, HIP Sync TIME may use your personal information to provide you with information that interests you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with HIP Sync TIME partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information Disclosure HIP Sync TIME will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions in the following circumstances :

a) HIP Sync TIME accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password information safe. HIP Sync TIME will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered by encrypting user passwords and other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures , please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
b) When using HIP Sync TIME network services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty.
